AATCC's 2003 International Conference
& Exhibition (IC&E) offers a myriad of
opportunities for textile professionals to network
with each other. The IC&E is sponsored by
AATCC and takes place in Greenville, S.C., September
9 ?12.
IC&E combines technical and Concept 2 Consumer
(C2C) tracks with an exhibition featuring the
leading suppliers in textile design, processing,
and testing. Exhibits will be open from 9:00 a.m.
?5:00 p.m. at the Palmetto Expo Center on September
10 and 11. Exhibitors will showcase their latest
instruments, materials, software, and concepts
for improving productivity, profitability, and
product quality.
Attendees will have their choice of networking
opportunities. Roundtable discussions vary from
technical topics and industry needs to color
management issues in the retail/ apparel segment.
The brightest minds in textile technology, management,
design, and merchandising will be on hand at
the AATCC student chapter booths. Other opportunities
include a welcoming reception, an awards banquet,
the annual AATCC Foundation golf outing, a student
textile bowl, and exhibitor demonstrations.
